Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee. If a new purchase isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get your money back in full.
1. New purchases
You can get a full refund on any new subscription or course if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. You don't need to give a reason.
2. Subscription renewals
- You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a renewal charge goes through that you didn't mean to keep, ask within 14 days of the renewal date. We'll refund it in full if you haven't used the product since it renewed. If you have, we'll refund the unused portion.
- Unused months on a yearly plan: if you cancel a yearly plan more than 14 days after it started or renewed, we don't normally refund the remaining months. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll look at it fairly.
3. Courses and exam preparation
Course purchases are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. To keep this fair for everyone, we may decline a refund if most of the course has already been completed or downloaded, or if an account has a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund requests.
4. When we'll always refund
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- The product didn't work as described and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.
- We discontinue a product you've prepaid for. You'll get a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and your order or receipt number.
- Orders sold by Paddle (your receipt will say Paddle): you can also request a refund directly at paddle.net. Paddle processes refunds for these orders as the reseller.
We reply within 2 business days.
6. How you'll be refunded
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, they usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Sales tax or VAT charged on the order is refunded along with it. When a subscription is refunded, access to it ends.
7. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law where you live, and doesn't reduce them.
